Shipment

For shipment, as you know, TAK Communication’s products are high-tech electronic devices.

Most products are compact in size but relatively heavy in weight. Mini-size products usually

weigh between 1.5kg and 1.8kg, while 19-inch 1U standalone products typically weigh between

2.5kg and 3kg.

For example, E1 Fiber Optical Modems and V.35 Fiber Optical Modems are mini-size products,

with each unit weighing approximately 1.8kg.

Therefore, goods are usually shipped by air or express courier services such as DHL, TNT,

UPS, or FedEx. For large quantity orders or larger equipment, shipment by sea is also available.

During transportation, please note:

● Handle with care

● Do not place heavy goods on top of the equipment

Payment

We provide flexible payment options, including:

● Telegraphic Transfer in Advance (T/T)

● Letter of Credit (L/C)

● Cash in Advance (CID)

● Western Union

For small quantity orders, we recommend payment by T/T in advance, as it is faster and more

convenient. For example, if you order one pair of E1 Fiber Optical Modems or V.35 Fiber Optical

Modems, advance T/T is usually the most efficient payment method.
