Ordering Process
When customers decide to place an order, TAK sales representatives will confirm all details
before production begins. In this article, we introduce the product ordering process.
Usually, we offer very fast lead times. For common equipment such as 4/8/16E1 to Ethernet
Converters and 4/8/16/30 Channel FXS/FXO E1 Voice Multiplexers, the lead time is typically
3–5 days.
After the customer confirms the order:
1. TAK sales staff will contact the customer to confirm ordering details.
For example, for a 4/8/16E1 to Ethernet Converter, we will confirm whether the E1
connector is BNC 75Ω or RJ45 120Ω, and whether the device should be mini size or
19-inch 1U rack type.
For 4/8/16/30 Channel FXS/FXO E1 Voice Multiplexers, we will confirm whether E&M, Ethernet,
or SNMP functions are required, as well as the exact model number and other specifications.
2. TAK will issue a signed and stamped PI (Proforma Invoice) including product details,
quantity, pricing, total amount, and bank information.
3. The customer arranges payment and sends the bank slip to TAK (for first-time
cooperation customers).
4. TAK starts production of the goods.
5. During the production period, TAK sales staff will update the customer on production
progress and, if required, provide product photos for confirmation.
6. TAK will inform the customer in advance of the estimated production completion time.
7. The customer arranges the remaining payment.
8. After payment confirmation, TAK arranges shipment and updates the customer on
delivery and goods arrival status.
