At TAK Communication, we are committed to providing reliable products and responsive

technical support to ensure stable long-term operation for customers worldwide.

Warranty Coverage

All products are covered by a warranty period starting from the date of delivery. Depending on

the product model, warranty coverage ranges from 1 to 3 years, while selected devices are

eligible for up to 5 years warranty.

During the warranty period, TAK covers replacement material costs and air freight expenses for

equipment failures under normal operating conditions.

For equipment damaged due to improper operation or equipment beyond the warranty period,

TAK continues to provide maintenance services by charging only the replacement material cost

without additional labor fees.

Technical Support & Maintenance

TAK provides timely and effective after-sales support to help customers resolve issues quickly

and minimize downtime.

Remote Technical Support

Our engineers provide remote troubleshooting and maintenance assistance. For simple issues,

customers can replace accessories or modules independently with guidance from our technical

team. Replacement parts such as optical modules and voice modules can also be provided

when necessary.

Repair & Replacement Service

If equipment requires professional repair, customers may return the faulty unit to TAK for

inspection and maintenance. A detailed maintenance report will be provided after repair.

For urgent situations, TAK can arrange advance replacement units via express courier or air

shipment before receiving the faulty equipment back, helping minimize service interruption.

For large quantity product orders, we also will attach a percentage of accessories which may be

has probelm relatively, such as fiber optical module for the PCM voice fiber multiplexer, and

PDH optical fiber multiplexer, voice module for PCM voice fiber multiplexer etc. To make sure

they can replace it by themselves in any of the emergency.
