TAK Communication guarantees 10 years from the delivery date of equipment for the availability of service parts. If the service parts are stop for production or upgraded, we will provide new version fully compatible with the equipment, and has the same or superior performance as previous version. 

For example, PCM multiplexer's part voice module of FXS side , we will guarantee the availability for 10 years. And AC220V or DC-48V power supply module, or Ethernet module ,we also guarantee the availability for 10 years from the date of delivery, if we ungraded these parts, we will send the superior performance one but compatible with previous version, but make sure please let us know the version number of the previous parts. 

Anyway, with more strict and professional quality control system and more rich experience, TAK’s products quality is always improved, they become more stable, usually no need to change parts after long time using. For example, the PCM multiplexer, Telephone interface has lightning protection, lightning protection reached to GB/T17626.5 (IEC61000-4-5) short-circuit current wave 8/20μs, peak of open-circuit output voltage is 6000V standards;
